One of Ireland’s finest and most widely distributed whiskeys, Tullamore Dew was first distilled in 1829 in Tullamore, Co. Offaly. The name derives from the initials of an early owner, Daniel E Williams – DEW. Connoisseurs describe its flavour as ‘subtle, smooth and with a pleasant maltiness combined with charred wood undertones and the natural flavour of golden barley’.
The 10 Year Old Reserve has already received a gold medal for Best In Class at the International Wine Challenge (2009). Tullamore Dew Is the No.2 Whiskey in the world and No.1 Irish whiskey in Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Estonia and Latvia.
