- Colour: Deep amber gold.
- Nose: Quite an intense malty, fruity and toasted wood aroma. Intriguing floral, toasted wood and vanilla notes, with a hint of sherry Christmas cake.
- Body: Wonderfully rich, spicy and complex. Really mellow and rounded.
- Palate: A Single Malt of intriguing complexity.
- Finish: A smooth finish with malt and sherry notes slowly fading.
