Tom Gray - Managing Director

Tom Gray was appointed Managing Director of Robert Roberts Ltd as of January 2007.  Previously, Tom was Finance Director of DCC Food & Beverage, the holding company for Robert Roberts Limited.  

Tom originally joined the group as Group Financial Manager in June 1991.  Following the merger of Woodford Bourne and Findlater Wine & Spirit Group in 2009 the vision is to be the Wine & Spirit distributor of choice and recognised by our customers as the No. 1 supplier.

Conor Galvin - Finance Director

Conor Galvin joined the company as Finance Director in January 2009.  Conor previously worked in Diageo where he was financial control and planning manager.  

Prior to his time in Diageo he was Ireland Country Finance Manager with Proctor and Gamble.

Martin Mc Donald - Sales Director

Philip Robinson - Marketing Director

Philip Robinson is Findlater Wine & Spirit Group’s Marketing Director.  He also has a prominent role as the Irish Wine Association Chairman.  

Philip has worked in the wine industry for 25 years  and provides a wealth of experience of the industry.
